It is typical for us to meet with leadership of a business and learn about the operation, at first.  Every business provides products, goods, and/or services in one manner or another.  Every business also has their own unique corporate culture.  In the first meeting, we can explain what we do as a benefits agency.  Then we can either decide to more forward with gathering information for the purpose of formulating proposals, or we may decide that a relationship with our agency is not beneficial.
